This is from the day I met Oscar Thompson, the cowboy here, and he was working with one of my horses…arguably the nastiest pig of a horse that ever looked through a bridle. I should have named her something mean, but that would have encouraged her, so I named her “Fluffy” just to aggravate her. Oscar worked with her and me that day, note he just has two fingers on the rope, hence the name, and he was one of the best horseman I ever saw. He went to be with the Lord a couple of years ago…our loss, The Lord’s gain–Oscar is riding God’s horses now.
